    Idea location for an overnight stay on route to our holiday cottage. Large spacious room with a comfortable bed. Due to our late arrival we did not have the opportunity to explore the local amenities. Off road private parking was a bonus. Very good tea and coffee making facilities. Dog friendly accommodation. Good free WiFi, which is always a bonus. Excellent communication with the owner Richard. Would quite happily stay again if in the area.

    The location was excellent and very central to where I was visiting. Being a dog friendly hotel it was the first time I have taken my dogs with me and it was great the staff couldn't do enough provided dog bed and bowls. The room was comfy and clean and a good size

    Our room was immaculate, well equipped kitchen area, great shower in the wet room and the super king bed was the comfiest bed we have ever slept on.Lovely location,far enough from the town for piece and quiet but easy to get to places from.You will need a car though. It is dog friendly and very reasonably priced for your furry friends.Our dog loved it at Wick House

    quiet village location. Very nicely decorated inside but retains the features for the age of the property. A very lively bar atmosphere complete with wood burners and dog friendly. Great selection of drinks and food. Outside area for smoking and plenty of parking. Restaurant was nice and cosy feel and the food was great and have to say very good prices on the dinner menu as the quality that was delivered with every dish we sampled was evident. My pet love a cheeseboard that was excellent with the very nice red from the menu......
