Absolutely loved our stay- the perfect choice for that 6am morning flight. Great facilities (including restaurant, gym and coffee can in the room), stylish design and extrememy warm friendly staff. Would recommend anytime! Great for plane spotting too if youre an aviation geek:)

Great place for a family vacation, indoor pool area and gardens was fantastic for the little one. Breakfast was great. Location is the best part, close to the airport (but not close enough to hear anything), close to the city and just far enough to enjoy nice country side and easy to escape to further away attractions.

The lodge was everything we expected and more,we really liked where we were situated we where really close to the Livingston shopping centre which we really enjoyed the shopping experience and how close we where to places we wanted to visit,and also the places for us to eat out which we did quite a few days and night's there wasn't anything the six of us didn't like,our daughter was impressed by how many of the place's we ate at catered for her with her being gluten free and coeliac she had a really full menu to choose from

    This was a very comfortable hotel even though the location is not to everyone's taste, being outside the city. We chose it for proximity to route south. The staff were lovely. Food in the bar/restaurant was good. Proper home-cooked pie! The hotel is a budget stay for us and very good value. The beds were extremely comfortable with a proper amount of pillows! It's a clean, no frills accommodation, but far better than what you would expect for the price.

    The room was nice and large with 2 double beds a settee a table with glass on and a mirror also tea and coffee making facilities, this was room 2 on first floor, above the restaurant 😀, The bar staff was friendly and welcoming but we are known as stay here regularly on visiting family and grandchildren. Location is good for visiting family also not far from livingstone centre, a bus ride from Edinburgh and not far from train station in Uphall.

    Great value for money . Booked this as the hotel accepts pets and travelling with a puppy . Large clean and tidy room with all you need .En- suite bathroom and room to rear of property . Friendly, polite and professional staff Hotel has a restaurant but no breakfast provided and closed at breakfast . Local amenities - shop and supermarket opposite . Near to local restaurants and chip shop/takeaway next door . Rooms located above a public house but we were aware of this prior to booking .
