Comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean. Cosy living room with lots of different lighting options and a fire (not that we needed it) was great for relaxed nights in. Location was good although like a lot of wivenhoe was on a hill but great exercise. :-). Dog friendly and lots of walks nearby. Overall would recommend and stay again.
