The old meets the new, stunning and perfect location. A real hidden gem. The food was amazing both the restaurant staff and the bar staff were incredibly helpful and always there to advise on wines to match food and if you just need help deciding which dish to try.

Great hotel! Clean spacious rooms with kitchen equipped with microwave and fridge. View from the balcony is incredible. Internet was good! Very good location if you travel by car. I stayed at Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel after moving from the Old Town to the Rustaveli area, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the staff gave me such a warm welcome — their kindness and hospitality made a great first impression. The hotel is stylishly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also incredibly delicious and fresh — I looked forward to it every morning! During my 4-night, 5-day stay, the team was incredibly attentive and responsive to every request. I had an early tour one morning, and they kindly prepared breakfast earlier than usual just for me. On the last day, they stored my luggage after checkout and even let me come back in the evening to take a shower after a tour — such thoughtful service left me truly touched. There was also a lovely staff member who kindly allowed me to take a shower after I returned from my tour — I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel truly prioritizes the comfort of its guests and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. I left with warm memories thanks to their care and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Usually I am very conservative about my rwviews and stars but this facility deserves 5 stars in all aspect. Starting from parking on site available. Easy self check in facility for late check in. Price tag of 3 star but amenities amd facilities of 5 star hotel. What ever you need is available in the room even a microwave and washing machine. Very spacious rooms large refrigerators. Balconies. Comfy beds and pillows. Everything I loved to stay there amd I marked this location for my mext visit as well

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable apartment, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was! First and foremost, the host's friendliness was truly remarkable. From the moment I contacted him, he made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. As for the apartment, it was tastefully furnished, clean, and equipped with all the amenities. The view from the apartment was superb, providing a panoramic vista of Tbilisi. Another big plus was the location of the apartment. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, style, and a welcoming host. First of all, without exaggeration, this is the best apartment owner I have ever deal with. I spent 21 nights in this apartment. The owner of the apartment was very helpful. He took care of constantly cleaning the apartment and changing the bedding. From time to time he visited us and offered us wine and some Georgian sweets. We were a family of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids) . The apartment had a suitable size and all requirements were available The apartment has a very excellent location, and I advise anyone visiting Tbilisi to choose this apartment because of its distinctive location, next to you is the metro station and a central market in addition to many vital areas. Note: If you want to go to distant cities, the property owner can deliver you at a very, very reasonable price We wanted to go to Gudauri and our landlord gave us a lift In the end, I would like to thank the property owner. You made our visit to Georgia unforgettable, and we will certainly return to the same place soon.
