It is a historic building and looks beautiful. The rooms have an old school look but in a positive way. It is close borjomi park. Our highlights were the daily spa sessions including sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. We also loved the breakfast. We had read that it was bad but we could not confirm it. We also spend NYE here. The staff was very attentive and left some small traditional Georgian bites in our room which was a small but welcomed gesture.

Very nice place, just at the entrance to the Pak. Room was clean and tidy. Very open and helpful Owner, who explained us were to go and what is worth seeing. Carpark was near the main street and close the house.

The apartment is comfortable, there's everything one might need for a short trip. There's a cozy little kitchen, a nice bathroom and bedroom. There's also a very friendly dog who we enjoyed meeting. The hosts are super nice. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the cottage. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet spot but still close to everything in Borjomi. The owner was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Very cool Glambing Tent at the hill with whirlpool. Comfortable and nice decorate. Pool was nice warm, view at night very good, aircon for cooling and heating worked perfect.     The staff were exceptionally friendly. They were friendly toward my dog and let me sleep my afternoons away. The location is right by the entrance to central park. From there I was able to do a few short (but steep) day hikes, access the town, and generally relax.

    Very friendly, super clean, welcoming. Beautiful apartment and garden. Location is super close to all of the major attractions. We traveled with a small dog and the owner of the property was very sweet and made everyone feel very welcome. We were amazed by how clean and well kept the place was. Lot of privacy. Next time we'll stay longer than 2 nights. You can't beat the location and service. Highly recommend.
