Very nice and cozy hotel with lovely staff! Provided detailed information concerning our arrival and stayed in touch. Upon arrival, we were presented a jar of house wine! Very cozy terrace on the top floor, which is open 24 hours!

Excellent location, all the most interesting places within walking distance. There is a supermarket and bank nearby. The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. The hostess is a very pleasant person to talk to and is attentive to her guests. Overall, our stay in this wonderful city and place was very positive.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped with all the necessary things. There are the own bathroom and a full kitchen, which is very rare for guest houses. You have absolutely sence of privacy. The view from the terrace is really great. The owner is very hospitable. It was a case when you want to stay longer, then you planned. Recommend it without a doubts

A perfect place to stay if you are in Borjomi region. Nice building, spacious common areas in the building, as well as in the restaurant and in the garden. All of the people working there are more than supportive and welcoming. The host speaks perfect English, so communication is easy. The breakfast was the best we got during our trip in Georgia. Everything that you can ask for (including an incredible Chacha for breakfast ;)) and all of it homemade. We also had dinner there every evening, because it was delicious and really comfortable. They also have a small library and a firesite. There was a corner with kids' toys and our son loved playing inside and outside. They even stopped us from putting back all the toys in the evening and said we should just relax and they will tidy up later - that is a real holiday for parents :D We will definitely recommend Rivendell to all of our friends and come back to Borjumi region at some time just because of this jewel of accommodation!

    The staff were exceptionally friendly. They were friendly toward my dog and let me sleep my afternoons away. The location is right by the entrance to central park. From there I was able to do a few short (but steep) day hikes, access the town, and generally relax.

    Very friendly, super clean, welcoming. Beautiful apartment and garden. Location is super close to all of the major attractions. We traveled with a small dog and the owner of the property was very sweet and made everyone feel very welcome. We were amazed by how clean and well kept the place was. Lot of privacy. Next time we'll stay longer than 2 nights. You can't beat the location and service. Highly recommend.
