    Great location for exploring Vashlovani wilderness area, Shiraki airfield, wine area, run by a lovely welcoming family who prepared fabulous meals. The owner, Temo, runs tours to the Vashlovani Protected area and is incredibly knowledgeable about the history, geography, flora and fauna and history of the area.

    Theo's Cottages is a hidden gem - quiet, with amazingly hospitable hosts, and located next to the beautiful Eagles' Canyon. The houses are basic but comfortable, and the garden adds that extra summery feel you will not get in a hotel. The hosts are wonderful and they really take care you are comfortable. Home-cooked dinner was very good, and served on good crockery with good cutlery. Also, the hosts helped me when I got into a small car accident in the national park and called them. They made sure I got help. To be recommended!

    We loved the location - little cottages in a beautiful and calming garden. The hosts were very welcoming, gave us some free wine and cookies as well as helpful suggestions about what locations to visit in the surrounding area. Loved David's stories about the history of the area!

    Very friendly people, the best food you'll ever have and way too much of it! Great atmosphere, good location for exploring the surroundings. WiFi works well. Great place to stay and enjoy Georgia.

    Cosy and convenient house on a picturesque slope populated by all kinds of domesticated animals. Despite a quite prominent symphony of frogs from a pond nearby (we paid a visit in April) I can say that the area is very peaceful and quiet. The guesthouse has a cute garden where you can chill and enjoy the view. The location is perfect for hiking to the Eagle Gorge canyon. At the cost of 40 GEL we got a huge and delicious dinner from local farmers (of course with home vine) and a breakfast with a large omelette and coffee.

    My host name was Khatuna. She is very friendly and helpful. She made me stay so enjoyable and comfortable. House location is perfect for a trip to Vashlovani national park. Khatuna speaks good English and she helped me organize a trip everywhere I needed to visit. She cooked delicious meals and had a great variety of options. Everything was better than I expected. I felt welcome and could relax and de-stress.

    The house is nicely located in a pleasant garden, equipped with everything you may need during your stay. There is no problem with finding parking space in the street next to the house. The breakfasts were good, made of local products. What we liked the most was the hosts however. Temo provided lots of helpful information about the surrounding area. He trully helped us make the most of our stay. We would definitely recommed this place and we hope to come back.

    Beautiful house and garden with a great host family! You feel like being at home. Temo gan give lots of recommendations for sightseeing. Convenient location for visiting the marvellous Vashlovani National Park.

    - Location: quiet, in the countryside - safe parking space on the premises - super host who helps you with everything and gives good tips for the national park and other excursion possibilities - Chilled drinks at a fair price - delicious breakfast and dinner - lots of seating on the property - free WiFi - Lovingly landscaped garden - barbecue facilities - fly screens on the windows - David offers guided jeep tours for the national park Thank you for a lovely time, this accommodation can be recommended without hesitation.
