First of all, the host is amazing she knows how to put customers at ease. Exchanges with her are very pleasant. She knows how to anticipate customer needs. Her presence is warm and welcoming. The house is very quiet and the terrace is large and allows you to enjoy the soft evenings of Kutaisi while watching the moon. View of Rioni River and Kutaisi. Great elevated neihborhood. The place is decorated with taste and the rooms are comfortable. everything is well built and well thought. It is a small hotel up on the hill not far from center in a tipical georgian environment. The young lady who welcomed us was very nice. The room was simple but perfectly clean and comfortablle. The house has a roof terrace with beautiful view to Bagrati Cathedral. We left in the night and we got a great take away breakfast.

Amazing host-really informative, helpful, and speaks good English. She recommended great restaurants, helped us with the whole day trip, and organized alternative transportation to the airport when Uber prices skyrocketed. The swimming pool was a great addition to our stay. The view of a city from the big terrace was very nice. Perfect price-to-quality ratio. If we are ever back in Kutaisi I'm sure I'll stay there again. I have already recommended this place to my family. Thank you!!!

The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and for the price, it’s simply perfect. However, what truly stands out is the extraordinary kindness and attentiveness of the host. In my case, he went above and beyond by taking me to places even taxis wouldn’t go and patiently waiting for me. It was an unbelievably generous gesture that made my trip truly special. As a bonus, I really appreciated his openness to discussing my (possibly controversial for some) political questions. It was a refreshing and enriching experience. Thank you so much for everything!
