Kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator shared by guests. Clean pool big enough to swim laps, with lounge chairs around it. Wifi worked great. Big generator for electricity when the city electricity goes out.

The staff was always friendly and forthcoming to meet your needs. The location sitting high above the the ocean with a clear view of the ocean and the fishing harbor below. The owner is doing a lot to improve the place with a pool, beach bar etc.

One of the best places I visited in whole Africa (!). Amazing beach, clean, very little tourists, wonderful family who helps You with everything from preparing great meals to organizing laundry or any logistics. Recharged my batteries and got well deserved rest.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Butre, Green Zion Garden is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

Go to the river and find a canoe birding tour through mangrove rooted green jungle. Long beach, cool regae music. Party at full moon if you are lucky. While the short route to the lodge may seem a bit unusual initially, it quickly becomes familiar, and living among the locals adds a unique and authentic touch to the experience. The property is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. They thoughtfully provided a kettle for breakfast, and laundry services are available for a fee. The room itself was very well-equipped, featuring a reliable air conditioner, a fan, a TV and a water heater in the bathroom. The water pressure was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay. The furniture was great, and the bed in particular, though firm, was exceptionally comfortable, offering excellent support for a truly restful night's sleep.
