Colibri has the greatest sound proofing ever. It was the most wonderful surprise how quite it was and that we couldn't hear the other guests, it meant the world to us as this is such a rare thing. The room had a great size, spotless clean and comfortable. We even had one terrace and also a balcony. I personally loved that the mattress was pretty hard, as my back didn't hurt at all during our stay. Also, the cute design with the room entrance being separated by the living/sleeping spaces by a wonderful white staircase). Everything worked as expected (warm water anytime, 2 new ACs, internet was good by Kallithea standards). We even had a small iron that is really useful when you travel for longer periods. Giouli was very kind and attentive (Thank you). I would come back again gladly. 😊 Tip: at the end of the street there is a beautiful boho coffee shop, The Stolen Cup, it has good coffee and interesting breakfast options.

The property was ready even before we checked in. The host welcomed us with fresh fruit and we were able to settle in. The location is definitely the best perk - right on the beachfront. It has big yard with barbecue, tables and lounge chairs. It has private private parking as well.

Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. There is everything you need for your stay here. It is very close to the beach, just a street away. We are definitely coming back here next time we visit. The balcony was very nice and relaxing.

It was amazing. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. The place was cozy, quiet and peaceful. If you have a car its only 4 minutes to go to the center. If you prefer to rest you should probably choose this place to stay. Thanks again to the owners for their kidness.

    We stayed on the first floor and had access to a small garden. Since we have dogs this was an ideal stay for us since they have more space to walk around. In addition, the place is really well equipped and we did not miss anything. The hosts were extremely welcoming and were available when we had questions. In terms of location, it's 10min walk from the beach and there was enough free parking space on the street.
