The location is perfect - close to the old town, while being in the city center (nevertheless, we did not hear the noise). Breakfast was amazing and varied. Some highlights - fresh orange juice, cherry tomatoes, different pies, fresh fruit, various bread. Milk and juice are served in one-portion glass bottles, which is a huge plus. Beds were super comfy and quite large. The room was spacious and clean. The AC is extremely quiet, which is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel has two parking yards in the vicinity (2 and 3 minutes away) - during our two week stay, we were always able to find a spot in the closer one, except for one Saturday.

Absolutely everything, the family who own this apartment are truly wonderful and extremely welcoming. Freshly baked biscuits and the most delicious olives from their personal farm. Yiayia was so beautiful and kind towards us. The apartment is simply beautiful, homely and truly comfortable. The photos do not do this property any justice, it was so much better than we could have imagined. We stayed 4 nights and now we wish we had stayed much longer. We will not stay anywhere else in kalamata if and when we return. Location was perfect. Parking directly in front of the apartment was perfect. The owners were perfect. The perfect place for your stay in kalamata. We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment in this amazing city, kalamata. It was out favorite by far of all the accommodation places we stayed in Greece, over 6 weeks. Thank you wonderful hosts.

We had a great communication with the host via messages. We got clear and quick directions for the keys and possibility for parking. The apartment is clean and big enough for two adults and one child (initially I was reluctant to book because of the many comments here saying it is small), even has a small balcony. Indeed the bathroom is pretty small, but totally manageable for a short stay. The building is close to the city center, surrounded by small shops, caffes and restaurants.
