What a delightful little homestay! Kadek & Ketut were such warm & hospitable hosts. We loved our stay in the village within easy distance to the waterfalls & Munduk town. Kadek was gracious enough to show us the village temple which the villagers, along with Kadeks guidance, are restoring with great care & enthusiasm. A magical visit!

The place exceeded all our expectations! It is a fantastic and secluded location with views over local rice fields on both sides and mountains in the background. There are even some beautiful sunsets. The cabin is also almost new, and everything worked flawlessly. It was wonderful to have both an outdoor shower and an indoor bathroom. The host Ripa really deserves praise. He did everything to make us feel welcome and helped with renting a scooter, finding exciting places to visit in the area, and even the possibility of getting a massage almost right next to the cabin. You really get value for your money here, and we could easily have stayed longer than 5 nights. Both the cabin, the view, and the area are incredibly beautiful with few tourists, allowing you to get close to the local life. We hope to return another time. Thank you for the stay and an unforgettable experience!

We had a real good time at the wana wooden house. Komang and Totok have been really welcoming. We strongly recommand to do a daily tour with Totok, it really worth it. It was one of our best experience in Bali and Totok is an amazing person. Thank you again to both of them.

We arrived at 8 AM and were immediately impressed by the stunning location — right in front of the rice fields, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Bisma gave us a very warm welcome, offering coffee and breakfast as soon as we arrived. He was truly attentive throughout our stay. We used some of the services offered: the 1-hour Balinese massage was amazing — done directly in the room and really professional. We also had dinner delivered to our room from a local warung, chosen in advance — very convenient and tasty! Bisma provided us with a scooter and helmets for just €6 per day, which made getting around super easy. Accommodation: The glamping setup is simple but has everything you need. It looks just like the photos — clean, minimal mosquitoes, and very comfortable beds. We did see a few small insects (like slugs) in the room, but nothing major or unpleasant. Location: Perfectly situated — all the main waterfalls and rice terraces are only 10–15 minutes away by scooter. Plus, there are plenty of great viewpoints nearby once you go uphill. Overall, it was a peaceful, authentic, and lovely stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nature-focused and relaxing experience with kind, attentive hosts!

We adored this hotel. We were staying in the newly builded villas, which are located a little bit below the main villas. Nevertheless it was sooo stunning: the view, french luxury reflected windows, super comfortable bed, jacuzzi was a great surprise. The staff is super sweet and friendly. They went to the market in the evening in order to to prepare a dessert for my husband, which was cute. The breakfast was good: you have the option to have it in the room or the main terrace of the hotel.

    Madé and her family were friendly and made sure my stay was very comfortable. Location is very peaceful but keep in mind it is on a mountain with jungle and villages (dogs barking and insects are normal). The family take good care of the place and it is clean!

    One of our favorite stays of our travel. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature and near by a waterfall, which you can hear in the distance. During our stay, we haven’t left the hotel once as it so nice to hang around. The restaurant has great food and healthy drinks, with in the evening a cozy bonfire with a good glass of red wine accompanied by the hotel dog.
