    Very convenient location near the port and not far from a very nice beach. The staff were great and so welcoming... they even gave us a discounted rate due to construction work going on outside our room but this didn't disturb us at all so very generous of them. Loved all the dogs in the breakfast area/lobby too! The room itself was a good size, with good AC and a fan which we appreciated on a very humid day, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was good too.

    The location was within easy reach of the town and lots of restaurants. Blue lagoon was also within easy reach. The breakfast and staff were amazing. Such a great experience. The food was so healthy and nicely prepared The hotel has cats and dogs that live on the r premises, and they just add to an already nice environment.

    Staff waited for us to check-in even though we only managed to make it around 12mn from the airport. Location was ideal for a night's stay before heading over to the Padang Bai Harbour the next morning. Our beds were ready when we arrived and we could head to bed immediately. Cute furry friends are always a plus too!
