The building is a marvellous traditional wooden building. The staff are wonderful. Beds huge and super comfortable. They have a gymnasium! They have lovely garden and great rice paddy views. The food was traditional Indonesian food and was excellent. Air con was great. Rooms are huge. The place is a real hidden little gem.

Property was great! Room was clean, although sheets were quite stained. Everything was working great! The whole place was so peaceful and serene, had great views and overall gave a very healing hand calming feeling! The property is quite secluded/out of the way so i suggest making sure you have your own way of transport to get around! They provide motorcycle rentals so if you can drive that would be good. Close distance to Kuta beach as well!

Quiet place, has its own covered rooftop to practice yoga. The warung in front of the hostel is pretty good (nasi goreng with 3 eggs for 20k!!!) The breakfast is included and prepared at the warung too :) The hostel rent scooters for 50k a day too! Got cheap and good laundry next door And if you feel like socializing just walk 10 seconds to Pipes hostel There's a baby cat really cut as well that is super playfull :)

We had such a beautiful stay at Palmhouse Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Everyone is so kind, the boys always friendly and helpful, and the ladies truly sweet and caring. A very special thank you goes to Pandre. He was always there for us whenever we had a question or needed something, and he made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. He really made a big difference in our time in Lombok. Ary also deserves a big mention, he was wonderful too and made us laugh a lot. Together with the whole team, they created such a warm and caring atmosphere that we’ll never forget. We’d love to come back again!
