Everything was perfect; we love Hotel Motel One anywhere, whenever we have a chance to go there we do, because it's always a safe option. A bit more expensive in Dublin, but you get what you pay for. Amazing bar also.

Given what we didn't like, we explained to the supervisor on duty that we were paying for a 5 star hotel and getting 3 star amenities and service. Things you do not expect at a Conrad. On the way back, we were surprised with an upgrade and provided a credit. The customer service is top-notch at this location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Besides the rooms are very small it was good for the value. The location is very good, we could go to Phoenix Park, Old Town and Guinness Brewery by foot. I really recommend it. In the end of our stay we met a Brazilian receptionist who gave us very nice tips and was very kind with us.
