We had a short stay in woods but we were very happy to find this place and sleep in a comfortable bed. The cottage was new and clean and had everything we needed. The owner Bareto was super welcoming and help as so much to feel like home. It is a very nice and quiet area, even for being next to the airport. Has just few rooms which make it more cosy and familiar. Walking distance to the beach. Very much recommended :)

Good location from the airport. Room was nice, big and clean with all the facilities you need. Lovely staff. Very helpful upon arrival and when we left Anita recommended so many things to do in Goa which helped us a lot. Would highly recommend this stay

Sumeet went out of his to do everything and anything for us, definitely hostess with the mostest. There was WiFi , food was left in the fridge for us, cake baked by Sumeets wife, to be fair this gentleman went above and beyond. I have and definitely will inform people about the A1 service we received. Thank you 🙏

I would say this is the most underrated property in goa. Close to railway station and airport (vasco da gama) Perfect for 5-6 people. If you’re staying here you need not have to go anywhere for party. You will have your own private swimming pool you can put songs without any restrictions.

Superior facilities - incredible service. From the start until I left, the service and care were incredible. Attention to detail, sending fruit to the room, allowing for a late breakfast etc etc. The service mentality and friendliness were absolutely amazing. The property is well kept, spanking clean and beautiful. Excellent breakfast (especially omelettes!) and also really great dinner options. The downstairs "Cadiz" bar is a great place to meet people. All in all, a great place. When in Goa next, I know where to stay!

The rooms are lovely and big and we had a private balcony with sea view. Also really nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly. Cocktails, food and breakfast were delicious. The pool was clean and had a good size.

    It was my first visit to Goa and my stay could not have been better. I met the most friendly host and experienced a wonderful stay in woods with beautiful greens around. Being a dog lover I also enjoyed the company of their 3 lovely pets. In my 2 days stay we became no less than family to each other ❤️.

    Very nice and helpful staff. Proximity to the airport makes this place a great starting/finishing location while still in walking distance to a beach. They also helped me with arrange scuba diving and bike rental. There are also two very friendly dogs in the outside area.
