Cordial hosts, a beautiful home, surrounded by a huge and amazing garden. The view from the balcony is very nice. So many greeneries helped us to unwind and relax. While Benny, the host, showed us the perfect hospitality and helped us to plan the local sightseeing itinerary, our chauffeur cum guide Biju helped us to make the trip more memorable with his immense knowledge of the place. His ever-smiling and calm personality will be missed.

This was one of the nicest stays I've ever had anywhere in the world. The jungle view from our room and from the breakfast balcony is simply stunning. Sabu and Mini are delightful hosts who know their way around the area, and provided delicious breakfast and dinner. They connected us with local driver Sijo who was brilliant. We spent a memorable day with him visiting the Eruvakilam park, tea factory, and spice plantation. Highlight was a wander through the tea plants in a setting that was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Sabu also organised a cookery dem with neighbour Jubi and took us up the hill for massages and tea. We had three nights and left on a high. Don't expect 5* but the rooms are big, clean, perfectly comfortable and we love 'bucket' showers. Sit on the balcony and tell me this isn't paradise! It was also the cheapest accommodation of our time in Kerala. In every respect our stay with Sabu and Mini far exceeded our expectations. Don't miss this. Michelin would describe this as 'worth the journey'.

It was a great location with beautiful view on the mountains. I needed a peaceful oasis to relax in the green nature and that is exactly what I got ! The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. I really loved the terrace with mountain view, perfect to read or do yoga. The hosts are really friendly and caring. We had great chat about Indian culture ! They kindly helped me to book my bus ticket to Mysuru and to organise a lovely hike with a great local guide. I also loved the food offered and had all my dinners there. I totally recommend it and would love to stay here again :)
