The most we liked was a very high individuality of this small resort and area. Their staff was exceptionally friendly and every time they made sure that they had some fresh food for us which was not spicy, especially for my wife :) Friend of mine recommended this small resort to me and we went to check it out. We loved it from the very first moment. It was a bit of a challenge to get there through local road as it is located remotely, but I have to say, it was a fun experience. Staff was organizing our taxi every time we needed it for as long as we needed. We were amazed by the location where the resort is. It's just like a little paradise :) Palms are everywhere, and coconuts are falling down sometimes :) It is a perfect combination of hot sea and fresh colder water stream from a blue lagoon. We loved to cool down in it when we got overheated. Here is a public kayaking that makes it entertaining during the day :) It was fun :) Mainly, locals are visiting and a very few tourists. The beach right next to the resort has a natural rocky bottom, so it's dangerous to swim there, but we went a bit further up, and it was just perfect. I have to say that overall experience was 10 out of 10 We had an absolute experience of local Indian life there. Thank you so much to manager Purna with all his careful staff . We just loved over New Year's week there. Thank you all :)

What a place! All respect to the staff. The restaurant food was amazing. The best place you can have in South goa. Cola. The beach and the star gazing was the best part. The space over all is very secluded and everybody kinda their own work. Shanky and sumana are one of the best hosts i have come across. I would come again with my family.

Only place to stay in Agonda +very big and specious room From the location to wonderful, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. They truly made my holiday special. Specialy the pool had a great atmosphere, and it was so wonderful in the raining session massive shout out the owner who couldn't have been more fun or kind. The villas are beautifully constructed and offer a very private experience, with all the required amenities. The staff at Simrose made the experience ten times better - they are extremely attentive and go above and beyond for all your needs.     The USP of the property is the location. You are right on the beach. The sea is visible from your bed. The lagoon is also a plus point which is a stone throw away. Value for money. Food is above average. Rooms are basic but the service is very good and spot on. I enjoyed my stay with my wife and pet. Thank you

    The location is absolute paradise, I don’t think you can get a nicer beach and location to stay in Goa. The views and beach were something out of a magazine. Would highly recommend. Very unique stay to be on such a peaceful tranquil beach. The beach was pretty spotless and there weren’t really any dogs.
