The breakfast, lunch and dinner all were very cold. Staff were very slow in responding to requests. There should definitely be a lift as the first floor had very steep and several steps. In fact our team of six were all senior citizens and had knee problems, which is why we opted for full helicopter Tour of Chardham Darshan.

The rooms are clean and well maintained with beautifully decorated interiors, parking facilities, kitchen and a great drawing room.
