The hotel location was simply superb. Very attractive jackfruit tree located nearby which gives pleasant smell and stay. Very budget friendly hotel.

An Excellent place for true nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. The chalet s are well equipped with all essentials clean wash room . The balance offers a great view of the Meadows , where a lot of animal activity’s happens, also it’s the start point of the core area of the reserve . The owners are amiable , knowledgeable and experienced. Staff too are polite. The place is run in a sustainable, Eco friendly manner. Single use plastic, loud noise, over bright lights are practically shunned. Highly recommended for an authentic, no nonsense pure wildlife experience. We will definitely come back soon .

It's a lovely place for families to stay! Mr. Vaid is an excellent host and proprietor of this place. Breakfast is excellent and can easily rate 5 stars. Staff were very obliging. Rooms were clean and very well maintained and have AC. Hot water for bath is available at 6am itself. Lots of wild animals like deer, elephant visit the surroundings of this place. All in all, and excellent experience and hence the 5 star rating.

the hospitality from the manager was great. He was verry helpful to organise our travel. the safari organised from Green hills was better as this one from Mudumalay. even if we don't see the tiger.

wonderful place for an amazing price! great atmosphere, met loads of cool solo travelers and enjoyed some pool in the evenings comfy and clean beds helped us organise a day trip by car to Mudumalai National Park which was incredible - please don’t miss this amazing location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to a 10 INR bus that will take you to the bus stand

The location of the hotel is a just perfect . Being in the main city but away from the hustle and bustle . The property is beautiful. The staff were courteous and very helpful ( though they were definitely understaffed for the Diwali long weekend crowd) . Breakfast was sumptuous and had ample options.

A nice enough room with a pleasant balcony and a garden to sit in. Lovely views over the lake. Location is 400m from the train and bus station, at the quieter end of town. We were kindly lent a kettle for our 4 night stay. Very hot water Helpful owners.
