The cottage is so adorable!! We were there in small group of 3 people and it was really good we had space and the cottage is not small :)! We appreciate terase, grill, river and the space - we really felt amazing around nature, river and siting on terase it have so good feeling we are sad we didnt stay some days more but definitly i save this cottage for next time :)! Cottage in the middle of nowhere, nice connection to nature all around, peace and quiet (apart from the elements, mainly wind). Extremely good views and good chances to see the northern lights when the sky is clear! Well equipped, quite clean but a bit older in terms of furniture. Very nicely decorated though, cozy and very warm inside. Hot tubs are the icing on the cake! Perfect getaway from touristy locations on iceland.
