We were welcomed by an absolutely gorgeous room. It was spotless, well prepared and and everything was where it was supposed to be. The hosts are amazingly kind and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was also very well thought through and we are very thankful for everything!

Our apartment was furnished very nicely, in classic Italian style but modern. Apartment is big and with kitchen. You can also use outside area, in walking distance there are small shop and osteria's. Breakfast are served in nearly bar and are sufficient - cheese, ham, juice, fresh bread and sweets, and of course coffee - all of very good quality. We communicated with 2 ladies, each was very kind and spoke good english. Location is good for exploration of Gemona, we have stayed only 1 night, but its worth of more days and its perfect stay for family

We were amazed by unique hospitality of our hosts. They were friendly when we arrived an hour late. It was easy to communicate in English. What took our breath away was how wonderful the hosts were to our little daughter who had her birthday the next day. Grazie mile! The breakfast was excellent. The rooms and beds and the whole hotel are very modern and comfortable. It was a real treat to stay for 1 night and we wish we could stay longer. We definitely recommend this accomodation 100%. Just superhosts:).

It was a great experience to stay in the historical villa. The location is great, close to the bus stop. The view around the building is nice. The interior inside is very beautiful. Even though the building is old it is very well adapted to modern needs. The room we got was very spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and a private bathroom. There was hot water and the room was very warm. There was also a big TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary things. It is easy to cook there. The inner garden is also very cozy. It was super easy to communicate with the host, which seemed very friendly. In the same building, but with a separate entrance from the road there is also a bar/cafe which is also very cozy with beautiful interior and cheap prices for drinks. It was a very enjoyable stay!

A very nice place: the house is surrounded by a small garden, there is a fence so it is very convenient travelling with a dog The place is very quiet, however, not far from the big commercial centres, 15-20 min by car As well there are incredible places around to see so a car is recommended

    Good location in the city. The owners and the staff were kind and very helpful. The room was comfortable. Free and safe parking available for our motorcycle. Very nice accomodation, very good dinner and breakfast.

    Breakfast was ok, good coffee. Very nice localization, quiet but close to some restaurants and shops. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We've traveled with two dogs and it was no problem, even when they were loud.

    The house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The key was deposited in a special box near the entrance. The room was simple but tastefully furnished, everything absolutely clean. The host was very friendly and responsive, communicated quickly via email or WhatsApp. With pleasure again!
