A wonderful location for combining rural and cultural tourism. Excellent level of hygiene and service. They have a farmyard with well-kept animals, the children had fun in the yard. The views from the place are breathtaking. A swimming pool is currently being built, which will be available to guests during the summer season. With best wishes for a successful business for the hosts and for us - to come back again!

The most amazing panoramic view of Assisi from breakfast or the garden. Very charming garden. Location is perfect, not directly in the tourist attractions- this way you can enjoy peace and quiet. We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. Everything was exactly as shown on the website, both in the photos and the description. The place exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness was truly outstanding. The apartment was spotless, with shining surfaces and very cozy beds. We were surrounded by nature, birdsong, and tranquility. The terrace was perfect to enjoy meals outdoors. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a coffee machine, microwave, all necessary dishes, and utensils. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, always available to assist immediately with any questions or requests.

Beautiful place. The room has everything one would need. For a couple it was perfect but could also be perfect for families. The breakfast was very good and the host did everything they could to accommodate our special requirements. Loved the pool as well.

    This was the most beautiful hotel in a fabulous location! It was a quiet, relaxing setting with an incredible view of the Basilica in Assisi. We were surrounded by beautiful floral gardens and olive trees. The service at the bar for aperitivos was amazing! Great drinks and appetizers. Breakfast was a treat each morning. The best coffee and breakfast choices.

    The location is amazing, especially if you’re traveling with children. There’s a private, quiet path into Assisi (a beautiful walk, overlooking the valley), and a playground and donkeys to pet. And every night at 7, an amazing restaurant opens that makes you feel at home except with superb food cooked over a wood-heated fire right before your eyes. Also, the staff were kind and super helpful.

    Excellent location, very close to the Centre, but in a quite area. The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff was very professional, nice and helpful. Rooms don't come equipped with kettle, so we suggest requesting one in advance. We did and it worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good, as well as the restaurant. Nice plus are the free parking and being very pet friendly! Overall, we definitely recommend and would come back without hesitations.
