Alessio was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment has enough space for lounging on the couch or enjoying breakfast outside on the terasse. The parking lot right outside the house was perfect as well.

Perfect location. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and the address was easy to find. It was also convenient location as it was rarely more than a 10 minute walk to where we were going. Spacious, clean 2 bedroom that was great for relaxing when we wanted to take a break from the crowds and the heat. Bonus points for having good air conditioning.

Fabio is a wonderful host, and the rooms made-up by his wife are so nicely done, cozy, tasty and in-style ... just gorgeous. Any amenities available for having tea in the morning on the roof-top terrace, incl. tasty hand-made cookies. And on top of all that we got a bottle of very nice Tuscany wine as a welcome and a nice little gift for good-bye. So what to say ... we had an incredible stay and wished we would have stayed longer.

Our host, Fabio was very friendly and incredibly helpful in every way. He made our stay so easy by providing parking, as well as meeting us so we knew where to park. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning surroundings. The breakfasts were delicious, made from fresh, local products. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it!
