When planning a vacation in October on Lake Majora, we were looking for cozy, comfortable apartments with private parking. An important condition was the location - going to the Alps, beautiful surroundings, traveling along the lake, and in the evening the opportunity to sit in a cozy cafe nearby. We found this Villa Regina e Oriente and the wonderful Alessandra, who knows how to make your vacation truly memorable. A nice bonus was Alessandra's offer to move into an apartment overlooking the lake, which became available. And right below our apartment there was an excellent pizzeria restaurant. Thank you, Alessandra, for a wonderful, unforgettable vacation. Recommendations 100%! We had the opportunity to live in two apartments, in both cases - clean, comfortable, stylish! and there is everything you need to feel at home.

This place has character! In the old Osteleria and the historic stonecutters area 15 mins walk from town it was quiet and had a cool Downstairs and big fans to keep upstairs cool too. Kitchen and bathrooms big and a cute deck upstairs too. Parking in street 250 m away.

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy apartment! Our vacation left us with great memories, as everything was perfectly organized—there were absolutely no household issues. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped down to the smallest details: the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom all have everything you might need. Everything is done with love and care, and it truly shows. It’s a very pleasant space to be in. The location is great—just a 15-minute scenic walk to the city beach. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and if you're in the mood for a livelier atmosphere, Stresa is only a 10-minute drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary cookware. The bed linens were fresh, new, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the stunning balcony view—perfect for relaxing evenings. A big thank you to the hosts for their kindness and attention to detail. We also really appreciated the selection of books and games for both adults and children—it made our stay even more special. And we truly enjoyed listening to vinyl records during breakfast—such a charming touch! We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

The location is fabulous. Across the road from the ferry landing stage and lakeside promenade. 100m to the supermarket, surrounded by restaurants. It genuinely couldn't be better. Baveno is a very pretty town and the appartment is very much part of it's attractive heart.

    We had the 3 bedroom apartments the 5th floor with lake view! The balcony is huge and the view is amazing. there is no oven and no dishwasher. sponges and dish soap were not provided, but there is a shop quite close by. the location is really great. dogs are welcome and cost 12€ a night. there is no pool in the building, somehow I saw it on the pictures here but it’s somewhere close. we didn’t go there as it was cold and raining.
