Our apartment was furnished very nicely, in classic Italian style but modern. Apartment is big and with kitchen. You can also use outside area, in walking distance there are small shop and osteria's. Breakfast are served in nearly bar and are sufficient - cheese, ham, juice, fresh bread and sweets, and of course coffee - all of very good quality. We communicated with 2 ladies, each was very kind and spoke good english. Location is good for exploration of Gemona, we have stayed only 1 night, but its worth of more days and its perfect stay for family

We were amazed by unique hospitality of our hosts. They were friendly when we arrived an hour late. It was easy to communicate in English. What took our breath away was how wonderful the hosts were to our little daughter who had her birthday the next day. Grazie mile! The breakfast was excellent. The rooms and beds and the whole hotel are very modern and comfortable. It was a real treat to stay for 1 night and we wish we could stay longer. We definitely recommend this accomodation 100%. Just superhosts:).

It was a great experience to stay in the historical villa. The location is great, close to the bus stop. The view around the building is nice. The interior inside is very beautiful. Even though the building is old it is very well adapted to modern needs. The room we got was very spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and a private bathroom. There was hot water and the room was very warm. There was also a big TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary things. It is easy to cook there. The inner garden is also very cozy. It was super easy to communicate with the host, which seemed very friendly. In the same building, but with a separate entrance from the road there is also a bar/cafe which is also very cozy with beautiful interior and cheap prices for drinks. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Amazing location, the host was very friendly and invited us over for a glass of inhouse produced red wine which was amazing. My daughter got to play with the host's two daughters. I would 100% recommend!

    The accommodation is perfectly fit for pet owners. I stayed with my 30kg Sheperd dog and everything was perfect, including a little doggie set and small yard in front of the room. Food was also great. I will return again.

    The staff/owners of the farm are very nice. They welcomed us upon arrival and gave us all the Information we needed.The rooms were clean, really good equiped, incl.iron,hairdryer, cosmetic and,towels. There was nice doggy set prepared. The food was delicious. Thank you.
