Great place to explore the areas of Orosei by being not too far from the Olbia airport (35-40 min drive). The host Beas very kind and he accommodated our requests over the fact that we had to leave early in the morning.

The apartment looked exactly like on the pictures. Benjamin was very helpful and kind. He even left us a bottle of Sardinian wine in the fridge. He had a little problem with the oven (it wasnt connected since the apartment was New and we were the first guests) and he sent someone to fix it within an hour. After that there was no more problem with it. The kitchen is fully equipped and we love it because of the kids (6yo and 1yo). The location is also great, 3 min walk to the beach.

The room was super spacious and really clean. The bed was big and super comfy, and I loved that the air conditioner wasn’t right above it — made it easy to keep it on at night without freezing! It’s just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, and the area is nice and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep after a full beach day. I’d definitely recommend this place for solo travelers like me or couples looking for a chill stay.

I made a last-minute change to this accommodation because the weather on the north and west coast of Sardinia was worse. The accommodation is very nice and tastefully furnished. There is free parking nearby. The key was handed over personally and we returned it at check-out at 10:00 sharp. The apartment is nicely furnished, with many small attentions. There is a large living room and kitchen, the kitchen is well equipped, there is also a microwave. The bathroom also has small toiletries and a washing machine. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the hot water, but they tried to fix it very kindly and quickly, thank you very much. The bedroom also has air conditioning. There is a small, closed inner courtyard, without a view, but you can sit outside for a coffee. Ideal accommodation for two people. We didn't look at Siniscola much, we just shopped. La Caletta is the closest beach where you can swim, but we didn't go there, but to the wonderful beaches of nearby San Teodoro. Nearby is Posada, a very cozy little town.
