Location is perfect, very close to Saint Rita's church, shops and restaurants. It is located in the city center of Cascia. The personnel is kind, friendly and very helpful whenever you need anything. The Italian breakfast was delicious, our room was very big and clean with a vintage look and a wonderful view to the mountains. The only hotel in Cascia which meet our expectations and for sure we will come back next year!

Stephanie was a great host and greeted us with a warm welcome. The rooms were spacious , warm, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate a fabulous home cooked meal for dinner and there was a substantial breakfast with meats cheese yoghurts cake and plenty of coffee.

We spent one night as a couple in this charming family-run hotel, and it was a perfect experience. The hosts are incredibly kind—always available yet never intrusive. Our room was spotless and exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding, soft towels, and a pleasant shower. The hotel exudes warmth and authenticity, set in a stunning and peaceful location. When we return to explore the countryside, there’s no doubt about where we’ll stay. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience! We wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The rooms are well designed, comfortable and have everything you need. The garden and pool area are lovely and the owner Brunella is super kind and helpful! The location is also excellent, the structure is set in a tiny village immersed in beautiful countryside. We really loved it here!

    1) Restaurant 'Il Roseto' à la carte. The food was very good and ambience and staff were nice. 2) Breakfast was also rich and nice. 3) The location close to St. Rita's Sanctuary is absolutely perfect and allows you to make the most out of your time.

    Great location in the countryside. Beautiful view and quiet. The best is the restaurant that serves local products and cuisine at very good price, absolutely delicious. Sara kindly allowed us to check-in earlier and we enjoyed an afternoon chilling out in the garden, not to mention the super friendly dog. Wonderful stay.
