Nice spacious modern room. Very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of amenities (coffee machine, cattle...) Couple of coffee shops and restaurants close by. The street on which it's located is pedestrian only so zero traffic noise during the day and night. Very good communication with the staff and clear instructions... Will stay here on our next business trip.

We stayed in Hotel Du Lac & Spa in Bellagio for one night. We were so sad to leave as it was one of the nicest places I have stayed in all of Europe and across the world. I travelled to Lake Como to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with my sisters. Bellagio is the nicest place in all of the lake and the hotel went above and beyond for us. The rooms are beautifully decorated with white, crisp linen. Rooms are so clean and have all of the necessary amenities including soft towels, robes and slippers. Rooms had a mini bar with great variety and were all so affordable. Food and drinks in the restaurant were amazing with great variety. Definitely opt for including breakfast, it was so tasty with a great variety. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond for us. They gave us great recommendations for the area and other areas on the lake. it is a hotel with great character and amazing views of the lake. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the station and near other amazing restaurants. You will not regret choosing this as your hotel.

The hosts are incredibly kind and supportive. They helped us find the nearest grocery store and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The location is perfect—near Lake Como, yet tucked away in the mountains with a charming, rustic village vibe complete with chickens and roosters. The room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. There’s a relaxing chill zone with a pool and a wonderful outdoor dining area with stunning mountain views. 10/10.     The host was so helpful and easy to contact . She was amazing and met us at the property, showed us the best parking in Bellagio which was so crowded with tourists , points of interest and spoke excellent English. Very helpful for us.The house had everything we needed and the most stunning panoramic views of Lake Como. High up above Bellagio in Civenna, it was only a 15 minute drive to Bellagio. Location is perfect and so quiet.
