I am on a cycling holiday and the host met me at the gates. Helped me with my bags and a great place to put the bike for the night. The restaurant was closed that night but he drove me to a local restaurant. Couldn’t ask for more

the hosts are awesome! so helpful and kind. kids loved having access to bikes and we enjoyed exploring the area around the property. breakfast and little cafe was a lovely addition to start the day. but overall the property is run superbly by a very dedicated couple and that’s what makes it wonderful.

+We booked rooms but it felt like we got to a big home because everything was as comfortable and accessible as at home. +the place was wonderful and we were greeted by a very nice person, unfortunately I don't remember the name. But he looked like the owner and did his best to have everything we needed and be comfortable in our Lodgings. +We gained more than we planned. The rooms were nice and clean and the 7-bed room for the youngsters was great. +the kitchen was so spacious that we were able to quickly and easily prepare dinner for our large group (18 person)

It was a totally unexpected surprise. The location is quirky, the rooms are large and there is a really, really good pizza joint downstairs. They had a karaoke evening the night we were there. A totally unexpected bonus.

Stabia House features a balcony and is set in Parma, within just 1.1 km of Parco Ducale Parma and less than 1 km of Ducal Palace of Parma.

The apartment was just like in the pictures, which we appreciated a lot. Everything was clean, the amenities were everything we could have hoped for, and the best part, was the host. He did his best to ensure our independent check.in, and was very responsive when we had questions or issues. The location is good, not central, but very nice neighbourhood and close enough to anything. Really appreciated the value for money

Great hospitality, nice comfort rooms, beautiful, calm agritourismo, good breakfast. Fantastic value for money. We visited this place 1.5 years ago, when we had great stay. Nice to see it has improved further in the meantime.
