Lorenzo made everything ready for us, and was extremely helpful, and everyone at the reception were sweet and always willing to give us the best tips and help us with bookings. Housekeeping was amazing and the staff were very sweet and polite. The restaurant alone, was worth our visit!!! Best food we had in Italy, especially the truffle pasta and the creme brulee. And lastly, everyone from the breakfast team were kind and always smiling,serving coffee and eggs on order. Overall an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

Manfredi was an exceptional host going way beyond what I would expect to make our stay enjoyable. The room was perfect, he gave us a choice of two rooms, and we took a very comfortable private room away from other guests. Would highly recommend this stay to any body wanting to stay in Sam Gimignano.

Cosimo was a great host! He made every effort to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. He also gave a lot of tips to help us not only enjoy San Gimignano, but also explore the Tuscany region. The location was perfect as a home base as we drove around Tuscany. Very comfortable beds as well!
