Absolutely perfect vacation. All the people working there were so friendly and helpful. Our chalet was very cozy and comfortable and we loved the view from our terrace. Room was very clean. There were many great choices for breakfast, everything was super fresh. Also we used dinner delivered to room service and it was great! Food was delicious :) Teola ski lift is in the walking distance and hotel also offers ski shuttle service.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The wonderful, peaceful location, picturesque landscapes, and closeness to nature allowed for complete relaxation. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and decorated with great attention to detail. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment is wonderful, the orientation is perfect, the sun shines all day long. From every window you can see the mountains, the stream, the herd of grazing cows. The local shops are close and the service is good. An excellent restaurant is a short walk away. The internal distribution is very convenient. The connection between the terrace and the garden is fantastic. We went cycling, we visited wonderful places. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The sauna and jacuzzi in the garden were a great experience in the evenings.

It felt like home - we were welcomed and treated so wonderfully, nothing was too much trouble! We asked where we could purchase a fondue set to make Christmas dinner that bit more special and we were given one to loan... Amazing people - thank you for a wonderful week! My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.

    The Maya apartment is located on the ground floor, which was critical for our stay due to our dog. While normally, such places are quite dark, this apartment was very luminous with the windows from three sides and beautiful view to the mountain.

    Great location for skiing- easy to walk to mountain gondolas on both sides. We had a very warm welcome from the lovely Chiara and the Front Office dog Honey! Comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean with sun-facing balconies. Great indoor pool and spa. Livigno has great shopping and fantastic restaurants. Canoa and Le Mirage top spots for dinner.
