The staff is amazing ! Waiter, Front desk and owner were so helpful even gave us a ride to the ferry terminal. It was a great experience, hope to go.back one day. We came from Canada together with my dad from germany. Thank you for a great trip

The location was exceptional, the hotel is great, offers a lot of possibilities for young and old, the staff is incredibly kind and genuine: an exquisite, picturesque and quiet spot on the Lago Maggiore. We stayed a week, had great weather and didn’t have a dull moment. What I personally enjoyed most were the sunrise from our balcony (breathtaking view!), as well as the aperitif in the evenings watching the sun go down. I loved also the walks with our dog (Cannero is a very dog friendly place) along the lake with exceptional views!

The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every detail needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the lake that we were travelling to the next morning. We especially liked Gioele – he was kind, helpful, and took care of everything we needed. We loved the location, close to the city. The rooms were clean. There’s breakfast and cleaning service, which you usually don’t get in apartments. The bathroom was luxurious.
