The accommodation was great. The room was very big. It looked like a studio flat. Very quiet, perfect to have a relaxed sleeping. Staff were very gentle. The owner also run a restaurant, just next to the property. Food is amazing, especially fish.

A lovely small hotel with very good facilities, an excellent breakfast and only a few yards from the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful and every question asked was answered in full or researched online to find out! The town is a ten minute walk away, is very easy to get around and has lots of options for eating out. It's worth taking a walk up to the old town for the ambience and views. We only stayed 1 night but as we were getting a late flight from Pisa were able to leave our car in the hotel car park and use their bikes to cycle to the local nature reserve which was an enjoyable addition to our time in Castiglione Della Pescia! Would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Perla.

The house is far from Marina di Grosseto, you will need a car or a bike to go to the beach. In the courtyard are two houses, but it isn t a sign to see witch of them is Corte degli Angeli.The kitchen has all you need, but it is for all the guests. The rooms are very nice!

Very friendly host, though arriving late after dark. Good finding out that he had recently visited our residential city in Scotland. Luckily for us, he was fluent in conversation in English, as we didn't know any Italian. Free parking in front of property. Nice garden surrounding.

it was such a wonderful stay! Paola was a wonderful host. We had a nice breakfast every morning and loved riding the bike to the beach (only 10 minutes through a beautiful pine forest). Paola even gave us some muffins and fresh strawberrys to take with. The cute appartment had it‘s own little garden. Besides that il fortanile was very beautiful itself with a nice view looking at the mountains and cute turtles. We had a lovely stay.

    The best place for calm vacation in Toscana, no hotels and people around, just fields and wild nature - we met rabbits, foxes and a deer. But the best of all - the hostess, who is so helpful and nice to us, so we’re sure to come here next time! Nice wild beaches (Sunset beach with kite station) - 10 min ride, Grosseto and Pescaia - 15 min by car, Siena - 1h.

    Virginia and Diego and their lovely doggo are the best hosts, always available and extremely kind. Casetta is surrounded by beautiful landscape of Maremma, the view and the atmosphere are simply breathtaking.

    The property was gorgeous and calm, hidden in an olive grove. The hosts were wonderful and kind, they prepared a lovely dinner outdoor for us and were very attentive. The space itself feels very good and we loved spending time there. I couldn’t recommend this stay enough, if you enjoy a private setting with authentic Italian atmosphere, it is worth the drive. Thank you to the hosts and their lovely dog :)

    Wonderful location in the midst of various Estruscan sites, including on the property itself. We visited in late November, didn’t want to be on road at nite, so had our meals on site and they were excellent.
