Every thing about the Hotel was far above our expectations. We were only staying for the one night and it was ideal for us be based there and a short drive into the centre of town where we experienced the atmosphere which was very vibrant on a Sunday afternoon. We may now come back for a longer stay next time.

The staff is very, very fiendly! They make you feel like visiting your family, but with very much respect for your privacy and your own space. So is very unique and wonderful feeling! The rooms are very clean and have a generous space. Is the second time we come here and we will definitely come back again! You have inside parking. And is also wonderful if you have the time to visit the family's aceito balsamico farm. All the people we meet here will have a special place in our harts!

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay. It is even better than shown in the photographs. It’s is comfortable and warm with good WiFi. The location is excellent, on the edge of the historic Centre with lovely restaurants on the doorstep and easy walking to everything. There is a bus stop outside as well as parking. Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back to stay.

This apartment must surely rank as one of the best we've stayed at in all our European travels. The place is spacious and bright and the fixtures and fittings are high-end. Second time I have been there. Apartment is 10 min away by foot from Modena city entre but still quiet. Hosts are mega friendly and provide valuable Tipps where to go. The room was spacious and beautiful (located in the palazzo). The cleanliness absolutely outstanding!!! Benedetta is the most helpful and nicest host ever! I loved the fantastically equipped bathroom with the new shower and the bath cosmetics! As well as kettle, tea, coffee and mini bar. Thanks Benedetta for making my stay so great!!!

    Easy check in and communications, a big nice property, super safe, really pet friendly, with parking inside, great rooms (we've had the ground floor unit) nicely clean and cozy, and a really nice breakfast buffet. We've also had dinner on the restaurant right beside it (pretty comfortable as it is inside the same area with another administrators - a great dinner)

    This is the fifth time I have stayed in this small traditional hotel and although some may find it a little tired, to me it is all part of its charm. Perfect location, good parking, lovely staff, very dog friendly and great breakfast. Altogether great value.
