Our faboulous host Andrea is an outstanding cook and showed us every day how to celebrate, to discuss and enjoy the art of cooking and preparing the food and beverages of Monferrato combined with some greetings from Tuscany. The owner has created Paolo’s ‘mondo’ in a sleepy village in the Monferrato regio with it’s beautyful hills. Paolo and his team make you feel very welcome. In the evenings a very tasteful menu with delicious self made wines is served! All good! We made a nice hike and made a medium sportive biketour with beautiful views on our own bikes!

The breakfasts were delicious and varied each day, made from fresh local products. One evening, we also ordered dinner—what a great decision! The food and wine were both exceptional. Huge thanks to our host, Federica, for cooking and serving such a memorable meal. We worked online during the day, and the space was comfortable for two people, with fast and reliable internet. The location is perfect for nature lovers—hiking trails start right at the doorstep. It’s very peaceful and quiet, with amazing views from the large terrace. The rustic interior is spacious and charming, and we especially loved spending time on the huge terrace. We also had occasional visits from the owner’s sweet dog, which we enjoyed. Federica was a wonderful host—very friendly and full of helpful local recommendations. Overall, an amazing stay. 100% recommended for anyone who loves good food, nature, tranquility, and beautiful scenery!

    Beautiful old building in a stunning location - very quiet and lots of birdsong, but close to villages and towns. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to messages - we easily communicated using Google translate. The balcony was lovely and shady.
