Beautiful apartment, very cleaned, well equipped and with a lot of space inside. Best location in the middle of Noci. The owner was very disponible and had good communication. Parking free available 5 min walk. Great espresso machine!

What a special place! Beautiful location immersed in the countryside but an easy drive to Alberbello, Locorotondo and the coast. We loved exploring the grounds, and meeting their horses, dogs and cats. Sleeping in our trullo was wonderful. Lovely decor, comfortable bed and spa bath. Great breakfast. The couple who runs Materiis are friendly, and welcoming. They also gave us great suggestions for visiting the area. We hope to go back!

Rooms were massive. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful setting/surrounding. Location wise fantastic - great place to base yourself when exploring the wider area/region. ~1h drive through beautiful countryside max from most places you want to visit. Noci is great as its not so touristy - so really authentic and not charging you tourist/London prices! The host Anna was amazing - she makes you feel like you are "home"! Highly recommend - was sad to leave!

From the moment we arrived, this place felt like something truly special, not just a hotel, but a storybook brought to life. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning scientific views and surroundings, perfect for anyone who loves a little wonder with their wander. It felt like we were part of something much bigger, surrounded by beauty, knowledge, and history. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was prepared with care and passion. But the real showstopper? The chef’s homemade lasagne, it was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted. Comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The pool and amenities were the cherry on top, sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The common areas were thoughtfully designed, inviting guests to unwind and soak in the ambiance. But what truly makes this place magical is the incredible family that runs it. Their warmth, humor, and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. They're the heart and soul of this hotel, always available with a smile, a helping hand, or a great story to share.     We had a great time with Silviano and his family a very kind host giving tips and directions that make our trip even better. The pool was perfect early morning breakfast had a nice touch by Silviano . The villa is located about 3 hours from Napoli on the way to Puglia on the east side Italy Highly recommend.

    The location was wondeful. The trulli houses on this little farm area so authentic and beautiful. It really gives you a good experience of Puglia. It is a nice quite place where you can really relax. The staff was super nice. Communication was very easy. I love that there were dogs and horses around. The breakfast was really nice. I'd absolutely recommend this place if you would like a nice, clean, quite place to stay with no disturbance. You can sit in the garden and enjoy the peace in a beautiful place.

    The farm stay is absolutely beautiful! The Trulli house is a charm and so well decorated! The bedroom is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is very clean with a really good shower. The location is amazing, and hosts make everything to make you feel more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The swimming pool is perfect to cool and chill after a touristy day. The dogs are adorable, and the property is breathtaking.

    An absolutely amazing and unique place with fantastic breakfasts, the most friendly, kind and helpful hosts. Baba and Vittorio are the kind of people anyone would wish to have as a host. The farmhouse is full of treasures, the landscape lovely and calm. Dogs, a cat and its kittens, cows were around at our kids's delight. Thank you very much for this unforgettable holiday!
