Great place and fantastic host. We were warmly welcomed and given with all kind of extremely useful instructions regarding the place and its location. It is situated very close to the amazing center of Perugia, however it may not look like at the first glance. The hint is to use stairs to walk inside the city. Perfect parking lot is available which is very useful and unique in crowded Italian cities. You may park your car safely with constant access the the car. And all that 500 meters from Perugia Fortress. Strongly recommended!

Everything, I loved the place from the minute i drove up to it. It looks better than the pictures, especially in the evenings. The bed is comfy, the staff, I cant really call them staff cos they are part of the place, owners, protectors almost, absolutely top class. The restaurant was the best we visited during our week stay and returned often. We highly recommend all the menu as we tried more or less everything. The garden is a dream, you just need to experience it.

Everything, We loved our stay in Residenza il Punto in Perugia. The staff first of all, they were very friendly. When we arrived, after we checked in, when we went into our room, it was an amazing and very specious room. The room was quite large, with an amazing view. We had a balcony which it had some special views. The area was very calm there. The bathroom was large, and it had a big window, which helps to take the humidity out. There is a private parking (which you need to pay) and it feels secure. It's 1 minute walk from the hotel. There are also some spots outside, but im not sure that you were allowed to stay more than check in check out there. We also forgot a wall charger there, which they managed to send it towards Modena for us, however due to this postal service being so idiotic, we couldnt take the charger with. But i believe the lady from the front desk made everything in her power for us to receive it, even though we never had the chance to retrieve it. Thank you so much. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us. We would love to return and be guests of this beautiful place in the future. Book ASAP, since it's worth it.

Excellent welcoming hosts, going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good varied breakfast, tea and coffee available throughout the day, besides occasional snacks. Daily maid service, super comfortable beds and down pillows. Michele sends detailed info re parking, sightseeing and good restaurants via WhatsApp. Do follow his instructions to locate rental as Google maps insists on sending you through a disused road, further up the hill! Shared kitchen can be used for cooking. Effective central heating, refrigerator in room. Good WiFi. Only reachable by car. Rooms on first floor, no elevator.

    The room (Le Petit) was in a great location, right across from some restaurants, cafes and shops yet down the street from free parking that some shopkeepers directed us to. The hosts were very friendly, proactive, responsive and helpful. They were flexible with check in and check out time and had an easy solution for baggage storage. The apartment was very clean.

    Location excellent …. A little difficult to find even with GPS and an Italian speaker phoning hotel twice …. But once there, magnificent…. Garage facility excellent, greeted there by representative from hotel. Breakfast excellent , choice, quality and service ! Came with a dog, the hotel provided choice of dog bed in different sizes and water bowl! Reception staff very helpful . All staff had good multilingual skills. Service provided was excellent generally ….. like a 5***** hotel.
