We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and characteristic house. It has plenty of charm, yet comes with all the practical things you need for a comfortable visit. The location in the quiet countryside makes it very relaxing, while still being just a short drive from the beach. The owners are very kind and helpful as well.

Great location, very clean with plenty of space for a family of four. We had a minor plumbing issue when we weee there but the host sorted it very quickly with no hassle. Wonderful place to base to explore Costa Rei and other nearby beaches.

The location and view are amazing, such a beautiful place and so very peaceful! The house has everything that you need and the owner is very kind and helpful! Everything that you need is at walking distance and the beach is beautiful and the restaurants serve great seafood. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect location, with everything nearby (beach, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). The parking for our car was just outside the house. Andrea is probably the best host we've had in years of travel, very communicative and attentive. He went beyond ordinary to help us with the stay, particularly the last day when we had a late flight. The house is small, but adequate for our family of four, with a 3.5 years old kid and a 8 months baby co-sleeping. In the patio/garden we found a beach umbrella and several toys, which our kid really enjoyed playing with. We had a great time. Grazie Andrea!

    Sa Specula is located in a very beautiful and calm town called San Vito in south Sardegna. The location is very clean and decorated with typical elements of the rich culture of the Island. Daniela is a very great host who serves excellent breakfast, which to our opinion was the best from our entire 2 weeks trip in Sardegna. The Beach is near by and has very clear waters. We would not hesitate to stay again at the property of Daniela.
