Best room and bed ever. La cena per probare il gusti di Toskana era multo bene. The place is nice to have a great view onto the valley of Arno. Its very quiet, I spent a beautiful day for relaxing on the terrace. Thanks to Lisa, Lorenzo, the boys and Asia (the dog).

Everything was perfect. They prepared halal italian dinner for us which was delicious. The amenities are very good, felt like stay in a hotel. Family room has small kitchenette and can accomodate 5 people in a room. Double room was spacious and has everything that we need. They also sell their own products: olive oil, lotions shower gel and many more at affordable price!

From the very beginning, Cizia was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pinocchio Park and with a great restaurant nearby. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options. We would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended—1000%!

Our stay at Gino's home was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, Gino's hospitality shone through. He was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. His flexibility was truly appreciated, as he accommodated our needs with ease. One of the highlights of our stay was when Gino brought us fresh, delicious tomatoes from his garden. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and they were the best tomatoes we've ever tasted! If you're looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay, Gino's home is the perfect choice.     Our family group stayed for 6 nights in two different apartments and loved it. The location was great for exploring Tuscany. The apartments were well equipped (including a lovely welcome pack which was so lovely) and we loved the outdoor areas. Emanuella was always available and a very helpful host. There was on site secure parking.

    The apartment was lovely. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and well stocked. The outside areas were great and we enjoyed eating on the terrace. It was nice to have good cooking facilities and a chance to wash clothes. The owner was easy to communicate with and friendly.

    Beautiful views from the property. Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. We loved that everything was updated and easy to use, especially the washing machine. Great spot to explore Northern Tuscany and was a perfect location for us as family lives in the area. Emanuela the host was fantastic. Will definitely return--it is one of the best properties we have ever rented in Italy.
