The host was accommodating, the temperature of the apartment was nice even when it’s cold outside, toilet seat warmer. Kitchen was nice to cook. Location is easy to find as per host instructions. Mount Fuji view room 501👍👍👍

First and foremost, the entire property was carpeted, providing a safe and worry-free environment for children to run, play, and even tumble around. We were at ease knowing that they could freely enjoy themselves without any concerns of getting hurt. Additionally, having a private hot spring bath like a family bath was a delightful bonus. It was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy the hot springs together. The kids absolutely loved it, and it added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, the fact that the rental was exclusively ours allowed us to enjoy our time without worrying about the noise or disturbances caused by our children. It provided us with a sense of privacy and freedom that made our trip even more enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were all amazingly friendly and accommodating. Some staff even speak 4 difference language. The breakfast were absolutely amazing. We did the Japanese breakfast and it was fabulous (I was not prepare for the natto, end up wasting the food). We totally enjoyed the private outdoor onsen however it need to make an reservation to use. It is first come first serve basis, I would recommend check-in early to have more time slot to choose. The hotel is right next to a bus stop so access is not an issue. It was a highlight of our trip for sure!

Absolutely loved our stay. The biggest stand out is how friendly and welcoming the staff our, especially Eriya. You get the entire experience, beautiful tatami mats, comfortable futon beds, beautiful onsens to enjoy. You can even see Mount Fuji from the front of the hotel. However, I would recommend arrange food before arriving. There is a shuttle to a nearby restaurant which is excellent which you can request. I would especially recommend this facility for English speakers who are nervous or anxious to speak Japanese, the staff are beyond excellent and most speak fluent English.

Check-in process was easy using the iPad. Door to the unit is also via keypad code so there's no worry about losing keys. There is a very friendly foreman on-site to help with any check-in queries. He was also available to instantly fix a leaky tap in the unit. The unit was very clean, modern and gave a very unique log cabin vibe which was pleasant. The bed was very comfy and the unit was well-equipped with camping chairs, cooking utensils, fridge etc. The toilet was also very clean and spacious. Plenty of sofa room to lounge around or place your luggage on. The location is pretty great as it is near the bus stop and is surrounded by several restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
