+the place was clean +there was a washing machine and detergent +shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste were available +has a kettle, microwave, fridge and you could use a cooking pan if you pay ¥500 for the gas. Also a TV! +there was a balcony +friendly staff -sometimes hot water would not come out of the shower even if you waited a long time -the bed was a bit uncomfortable -kinda far from the centre, but there is a bus stop right next to it and also a Lawson across the street

House is spacious, nice and well equipped with amenities. Good wifi, able to watch Netflix, washing machine with dryer, heater and good kitchen. We had a great time staying here. Looking forward to stay here again in the future.
