Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location really close to the macaques and Arashiyama’s main road. Not exactly on the river, but a very short block away. Great to have coffee available around the clock, as well as a fridge and microwave in the room. I miss my dogs; it was nice to see some others in the lobby!
