This was clue that local Japanese would choose this hotel so we’d get to meet ‘locals’ and get to see their pampered doggies. It worked, the feel of this hotel was quirky-cool-friendly. The nearby rail line is perfect for Haneda terminals as you don’t need to change lines. Just go direct to Haneda, about 50 minutes.
