He offered us welcome drinks and a wide choice of shampoo and conditioner, as well as extras and provided recommendations on what to visit. Mako was a great host, and her house is a really special place. It is a hidden gem you would not expect to find next to the local road crossroad. The house is several hundred years old, equipped in traditional style. It has a beautiful garden in Japanese style. The location is perfect for exploring the Fuji area, which is around 30 mins drive.

Amazing experience! There are three floors in total, spacious and suitable for a family. The bathroom on the first floor is incredibly large and luxurious. The third floor has an outdoor balcony equipped with a projector and other facilities. You can see Mount Fuji right from the room.
