Everything! It is such a lovely place that will make your stay in Shela a beautiful memory. Super cozy, spacious, full of light, with all amenities, drinking water, non stop electricity even during power cuts, great ventilation, chilled vibe and above all a constant support by Chris and Reuben, who have been great in all terms and made us feel like home. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The bungalows are amazing, every little decoration thought through, with wonderful views of the sand dunes, I felt like I was in paradise. The food is great, staff extremely kind and helpful and the location stunningly beautiful. The place felt very much chich and high end in spite of being an eco-resort: the bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean and the room overall was just stunningly beautiful and comfortable. They even gave a kenyan phone and a bluetooth speakers, which I thought was brilliant. For the price, I found this resort to be a steal and I hope to be back someday. If you're looking for a place immersed in nature where to disconnect and soak in the beauty of starry skies, sand dunes and empty beaches, look no further.

The house is wonderful, spacious, luxury and quiet. Bassam is a great host and the staff are excellent too. We had a great time exploring from here or just enjoying doing nothing much at all. It is a bit outside Shela, but not that far and a nice village walk.

Gorgeous house with spacious rooms! We were a group of friends and had a great time relaxing around the pool and enjoying the wonderful hospitality of the house management. The interiors were absolutely stunning and very comfortable. The meals prepared were so fresh and delicious we often chose to stay in!

Quiet and peaceful despite fronting the ocean. Most seafront hotels here would hear noises of motor boats but Peponi is different. Two very lovely dogs hanging around which add charm to the hotel. Staff are mostly well trained. I also love the trees and appreciate that the hotel keeps big trees. Restaurant’s food is so delicious especially thh desserts.
