The owner Sart and his family were the most hospitable hosts you could ask for. His wife cooks good food for a very affordable price. They don't have a set menu but we ate omelette with baguette, fried noodles and curry there. He was happy to arrange whatever activity we would like and didn't charge extra for activities arranged by others such as riding elephant even though he arranged everything. He only charged for the tuk tuk ride there and back.  The rooms and bathroom were simple but clean and had wifi. In the nights you could see a lot of stars and hear true sounds of crickets.

We loved so much our stay in Ratanakiri homestay!! It was amazing to be with this family, everyone was very kind to us 🙏🏼🙏🏼 It was a great experience to participate in the English class that Ruti and Ni give to the children of the village!! We did the jungle trekking too and it was an unforgettable experience!! We truly recommend this homestay and the jungle trekking as well! 🙏🏼😍

We had a really great time at Navina's place. She was really friendly and we quickly felt part of the family!! The place is great, with a big terrace on the top. You can rent motorbike here for a good price. Room was clean and comfortable. Navina is very helpful and honest, you can ask her for advice and she can help you to organise your trip in Ratanakiri! We spent one week here and we will come back for sure if we pass by Banlung again ! Thank you Navina, hope we'll cross paths again :)

Very cosy place, rooms with good space, shadow area to relax in hammocks and tables to have food any time. Mr. Happy organized a 3 day jungle tour for our family (with two boys 12 and 14). We had a great time together with Mr. Tho and his friend as guides. We learned so much about Kavet minority, plants to eat and to heal, fishing, using bamboo for cooking, drinking, rafting, building..., housing, farming... amazing! We really loved it to be on the trip with those guys! Highly recommend, both tour and Mr. Happy homestay 😊

San Soeun offers the most kind and warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay with him and his beautiful family, it has been a highlight of our time in Cambodia. San is willing to help assist you with anything you need, offers jungle treks and advice on the local area. He even shared with us some tasty fish he had caught himself that day, such a treat! The room is simple but very comfortable with all that you need, the bed is huge! The view is gorgeous and the smell of the trees that surround you makes for a great break from busy cities. If you are looking to experience the authentic Cambodia then this is the place for you! San Seouns beautiful family made this place so special for us, watching the local children play, and spending the evening playing games with his bright daughter Awa are memories we won't forget! At the price you pay don't expect anything fancy. But really we liked everything. We booked trekking tour to the jungles for 4days, and it was amazing, we totally loved it. Owners are welcoming and helpful.

It was a pleasure staying at the Banlung Hill Top House and with the very friendly host Jammy. The place well deserves its name because it really is located on a hill with a great view. The rooms were clean and it's a quiet area. Jammy even organised a motorbike for me and arranged a trek into the nationalpark to see the gibbons. A cool stay!
