Amazing place. You should expect basic, no fans, bucket shower and no phone service (you can go have a drink to the place on the other beach if needed). Good bunk beds with mosquitos net. The place is perfect to chill, with nice commun area in the center. The breakfast included is simple but good (coffee not included). The food is good and you have some choices. You can walk on the island, have boat trip or just hang out. Great staff and good mood all around.

The lady, who owns the place is such an exceptional person that she alone adds 3 extra points to the rating.:) Nevertheless, the bungalows were also absolutely fine, clean and comfortable. The community area is cozy, equipped with some cheeky cats and very interesting guests to talk to. I hope that this little heaven with its pretty garden can stay longer..!

I recently stayed at this condo in Sihanoukville and was pleasantly surprised by how relaxing and well-equipped it was. The apartment have little kitchen that made it easy to cook some meals at home. Great view from the pool and from the balcony. All was nice. I really enjoyed to stay in this place. Quite for sleep, its far from the road so you don’t hear any single noise. Mattress and furniture are good and all is new.

It’s a comfortable apartment with everything you need. Large Balcony and extra table in and outside. Its access is directly through the Mall which has a large supermarket and cinemas. Nanei is a great host and responds quickly to everything. Very large pool.
