A stunning hotel with beautiful garden/facilities/pool. The staff go above and beyond for you. They made our stay amazing. Delicious breakfast/lunch. They now serve dinner on Wednesdays however it is super easy to get a tuktuk to local restaurants for evening meals. 10/10 recommend. Thanks for having us!

I had an amazing experience staying at here. The location is absolutely perfect, with a beautiful beach. The sea view is breathtaking and truly adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is spotless and very well-maintained, creating a calm and offering a comfortable environment to relax. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. The staff were also very helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Choosing to stay here was definitely a pleasure.

Laliz villa is simple quiet place. only 5 minutes from the Hikkaduwa beach and restaurants. rooms and bathroom were lovely and small kitchen was cute. bed is comfortable, hot water and Wi-Fi works great. Yasanjali was so friendly and very helpfully. thank you so much to her. she arranged a good price van to the airport. 1 night was not enough. we will definitely be back. would highly recommend.

We rented the entire first floor for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is really a lot of space inside and outside (large well-kept garden). Everything was very clean and all electrical equipment and plumbing worked properly. Also worth noting is the magnificent wooden furniture and doors. The location is quite convenient: on one side it is a 15-minute walk to the sea, on the other side there is no noise, and 200m away there is a grocery store with all you need. The second floor was also rented out, but we met its tenants only once a week, no one bothered us at all and it felt like we were the only ones living in the villa. It so happened that we checked in 1.5 hours later than the scheduled time for some own reason, the owner was kind enough to wait for us, although he came specifically to give us the keys, and he himself does not live nearby. So everything was great, without any hesitation rent this villa!

YOU MUST STAY HERE...The family that own this homestay couldn't have been more welcoming from the start to the end of our stay. Upon arrival we were handed a cold refreshing drink while the rottweiler introduced himself. Ive been travelling 6 weeks in Asia now and quite frankly this gentle giant made me feel at home very quickly. The daughter helping with my travelling plug issue and connecting me to WiFi, she was simply keen to please in any way. The family's English was amazing and probably the best ive experienced in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was delicious with a huge bowl of fruit followed by eggs,tomatoes and some thick tiger bread with butter and jam. Jug of coffee much welcomed. If I needed something I felt like it was never too much trouble. Location is so close to the beach but feels like the jungle from my room balcony. Within 5min walking distance you have a pub with roof top ideal for watching sunsets called Beauty Coral Bar. A restaurant within the homestay so you dont even need to leave to get food. Another restaurant 5mins up the road called Simple Restaurant if you fancy a change. Clean spacious rooms with good air con,ceiling fan and I love the shower and toilet also very clean and spacious. The whole place from the restaurant to my room,the family and Location I LOVED IT SO much I had to stay another night. So from England Kent to Sunnys Homestay I send you my thanks and my love for everything you did for me.

The owners of the villa are very nice and hospitable people. Villa with a fully equipped kitchen, with all you need for cooking, all the cookware are new and very clean. The bathroom, with the washing machine, what was very comfortable, because we had limited luggage, and a balcony for drying clothes. The owners gave us a motorbike for rent. It's only 10 min by bike or by tuk-tuk from the fish market and fruit market and maybe 15 min to the beach.

beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, three balconies and and spacious pool. There is one kitchen on both floors. Really great living room and great common area next to the pool. Also really clean. We had a great time! The owner lives right next door on the same property and offers his help at any time! The pictures don't do the villa justice, it's even more beautiful than it looks like
