The room size was fine, but it didn’t have a pleasant smell. There was no kettle, no proper TV channels, and no telephone. Although the staff were very friendly, no one offered me Wi-Fi. The washroom wasn’t clean, and there were no towels. If these facilities were provided, the stay would have been much better.

I felt right at home at Kandy Living Villa. Sandy welcomes you with an incredible tour of the garden that shows all the produce she has growing on the land. It is very impressive and informative. The villa itself is ideal and located close by to Kandy. I would love to come back one day - highly recommend a stay here!

It was one of our best stay. Sri was so helpful and friendly. He picked us up in the city, when we arrived and droped us off when we took the train to Ella. He also organised us train tickets and made our laundry. And the Breakfast was amazing! Typical Sri Lankan food. Thank you Sri for this two days!

I had an amazing time here. The owners are so nice, they cooked me delicious food and took me on a tour of the whole Kandy!! They are so helpful and kind. The room was super clean and fresh, the Wi-Fi is super good and breakfast was 10/10!! I really recommend this place!

Everything was excellent! We all were so tired the night we reached there as we traveled the whole day. But as soon as we entered the house it sparked, refreshed our mind. Great owner! Comfortable bed, big and bright room. Hot water, good pressure, very clean. Complimentary tea. Kettle, glasses and water in the room. One of the best rooms we had in Sri Lanka! It might be tricky to find it but the view from the window is worth it.
